About Us

The Hudson Valley Triathlon Club is located 2 hours north of NYC and hosts a USAT Sanctioned 4-race Summer Tri-Series (June-Sept.) at beautiful Wilson State Park in Mt. Tremper, NY for athletes beginner to Pro.

Training Schedule (859 Wittenberg Rd. Mt. Tremper, NY 12457)
M, W and F from 5:30 pm-'til dark...Swim 400 yds. (2-4x), Bike 12 miles (1-2x), Run 2 miles (1-3x)...Do a single discipline or all 3, it's up to you!
Begins: Early May
Ends: Late September

Directions: NYS Thruway, Exit 19 (Kingston), 28 West (go 7.3 mi.), IMPORTANT: After you see the yellow/brown sign for Glenford on your right...Turn right onto Old Rte. 28 (go .5 mi.), Turn right onto Ohayo Mt. Rd. (go .1 mi.), Turn left onto Glenford-Wittenberg Rd. (go 3.5 mi.), At STOP sign go straight (go 1.5 mi.), Turn left into Wilson State Park.
